ISTRA EXPERT (Exoriens d.o.o.) travel agency endeavors to protect your privacy and assures the confidentiality of your data. ISTRA EXPERT (Exoriens d.o.o.) as a vacation rental agency would like to inform you of what data we store, how we use it and what it means for you to use our personalized services. 

When using our Internet site and requesting an offer we collect, process and use the IP address of your terminal as well as other information such as date, time, the called-up page and store this information. This data is not utilized except anonymously for statistical purposes and to optimist our Internet offer. We only store your personal data like name, physical and postal addresses, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address etc. when you give them to us during a booking procedure. 

2. We collect, process and use your personal data exclusively to enable you to book the desired rental properties, to create offers and perform anonymous statistical analysis. Collecting and transferring data to government offices only occurs within imperative statutory provisions.

3. The ISTRA EXPERT (Exoriens d.o.o.) is committed to protecting the privacy of our guests and assures that it will collect, process and use the personal data exclusively in accordance with all relevant statutory provisions. 

4. The personal data is stored and processed on our computer at the business location of the ISTRA EXPERT (Exoriens d.o.o.). 

5. The company uses ‘Cookies’ to facilitate the use of our website. When you reconnect to the website, the stored data is displayed again. The user data is not stored on the ISTRA EXPERT servers at any time. To allow the storage of Cookies you must enable these in your Internet software (browser). When filling in the booking form you can indicate if you would like to receive information on current travel offers via the ISTRA EXPERT newsletter. When you no longer wish to receive such offers you can cancel the newsletter at any time without providing reasons.

7. In order to measure the success of our advertising campaigns via Google Adwords, we use a conversion tracking procedure. In this process a cookie will be placed on your computer, if you click on one of our adverts on Google. So, provided that you reach our homepage through one of our adverts on Google, this cookie will indicate to us, whether you have booked a holiday home or not. According to Google no conclusions on any individual data can be drawn from the data collected and this will automatically be deleted after 30 days. If you do not want to take part in this tracking procedure, you can change cookie settings. To do this you must set your browser so that the setting of cookies is automatically deactivated. By using this website, you agree to the processing of data collected about you, in the way, and for the reason, explained above. We also want to point out, that Google has its own data protection regulations, which are independent from Istria home.
