On the ground floor of this homey holiday house you will be greeted by a lovely living and dining area with comfortable leather sofa set and antique furniture, whose beige shades go well with the cozy fireplace surrounded by red brick and the traditional wall niche. Here, nostalgia and modernity create an interesting atmosphere of ease, accentuating the Mediterranean style of living. In the small, but fully equipped kitchenette with 2 hotplates, a microwave and a fridge you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals and enjoy your time together at a family table.

The hallway staircase leads up to two cozy attic bedroom with double beds, both of which are air-conditioned. Adjacent to the bedroom you will find a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. You have at your disposal also a 300 m² private garden and a private parking place and in the late afternoon you can enjoy a delicious Istrian wine or barbecue and spend your perfect day on the covered terrace in front of the house.
