The apartment house consist of all together three units and the studio apartment is on the ground floor of the house with a large  shared pool with a sun-deck, garden and barbecue area. It consists of a cozy and bright double bedroom, a living / dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar and a bathroom with a shower. Sunbathers will feel very comfortable on the terrace right by the pool looking over the lovely garden, just steps away from the refreshing dip into the cool water. For those who prefer a bit of shade, take a seat on the large covered terrace overlooking the garden and toast a perfect summer day. Pets are also very welcome.
