Our bright and family-friendly apartment Silvia Nr.1 ​​is located in a small and quiet tourist resort Funtana by the sea in the immediate vicinity of the beach and the sea and very close to the Yach Marina Funtana. The apartment is located in a side street on the ground floor of a beautiful family house, surrounded by a large, green and fully fenced garden with a gazebo and a barbecue for pleasant summer nights with your family just 100 meters from the sea and the beach.

With its 80 square meters, the apartment offers enough space for up to 5 guests and is ideal for families with children who would like to spend their holidays close to the beach and a nearby public children's playground. It consists of a bright, separate living room with a very comfortable sofa and satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4-ring electric hob, oven, microwave and a large fridge-freezer and dining area, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate double bedrooms. The master bedroom also has an additional single bed and large wardrobe.
